What is?

CWA-Expo Carga offers more than 350 exhibitors of transport and logistics, a Foreign Trade Congress, workshops and networking zones.

How does my business benefit by attending the event?

CWA - Expo Carga is an ideal show to speed up the sales process in a directly and effectively way, giving simultaneous interaction with customers and prospects of areas such as operations, transportation, traffic, export and import, that belong to the industries which represent the biggest cargo movement in Mexico.

What type of visitants attend?

Decision makers from industries such as Pharmaceutical, Agro-industry, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Retail, Manufacture, Construction; they are CEO, Directors,  Managers and Excecutives of Import, Export, Transport, Traffic, Foreign Trade, Customs, Purchases, Logistics

What are the event dates and exhibit hours?

The show will be hold from 25th- 27th June 2019. Schedule 11:00 to 19:00 h.

Where will take place?

It will take place in Mexico City, at Centro Citibanamex located in  Av. del Conscripto # 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Hipodromo de las Americas, ZC: 11200.

Where can I park? Is there any discount for exhibitors?

There is a special parking rate for exhibitors $128 MXN per day or $112 MXN per day paying it in advance 3 days during the first day.

How can I get to the enclosure?

Expo Carga will take place in Mexico City, at Centro Citibanamex located in  Av. del Conscripto # 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Hipodromo de las Americas, ZC: 11200.

Does the exhibition badge have any cost?

No, but the number of badges delivered is according to your booth area. Booth 3 x 3 m (9 m2) - 4 badges / booth 6 x 3 m (18 m2) - 6 badges / 6 x 6 m (36 m2) - 8 badges / 6 x 9 m (54 m2) - 12 badges / 6 x 12 m (72 m2) - 16 badges.

Which is the process of delivering badges?

The exhibitor badges registration is done at the exhibitors’ module with the password assigned to your company. Badges will be delivered on June 24 from 14:00 to 20:00 h and on June 25th from 09:00 to 10:00 h at the registration area, located at the main lobby of hall D.

Do you check identification on-site?

Yes, it is necessary that the person responsible for collecting the package of badges present an identification of the company that represents.

Where can I find the exhibitor manual?

The manual will be sent via email through the Customer Experience executive and it is also available in the Exhibitors Module (portal) where you can enter through your username and password sent to your company representative.

When can I assembly my stand?

The set up will be on schedule from 6:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24th until 11:59 p.m. on the same day, having a total of 18 effective assembly hours.

When can I disassembly my stand?

Dismantling will be on Thursday, June 27 from 21:00 to 24:00 h. It is not allowed to dismantle your booth before this time.

With who and where can I contact during the assembly, disassembly and the show to resolve issues about my stand?

An Organizing Committee module will be located inside the exhibition floor; it will be served by our Customer Experience Executive (Maribel Guzmán) who can support you with any situation.

How can I access the maneuvering yard?

The entry is by Av. Del Conscripto, Door 4. Once there will be assigned the corresponding path.

Where can I check the exhibit hall map?

Are there any restrictions on the use of electric ladders?

Yes, it is not possible to enter with bulky material by escalators, dollies, scaffolding, etc.

Should I bring safety equipment to the assembly and disassembly?

Yes. It is the contractors and exhibitors responsibility to guarantee that their workers have the proper personal protection equipment. Specially the following cases:

1. It is mandatory to wear security helmets when there is a risk of falling.

2. It is mandatory to wear sturdy shoes during the assembly and disassembly to protect feet.

3. It is mandatory to wear safety harness when working at height.

Is it possible to get safety equipment on the enclosure?

Yes, we will have a supplier that has safety helmets for sale, although we suggest anticipating it.

Yes, there are fast food areas in the back of the halls and the Galeri Restaurant next to Hall A.

Is there Lost & Found area?

No.

What services Does have my booth?

Booths smaller than 18 m2 include the following services (previous confirmation): Wall panels / Lighting booth (booth only with facial board) / Fascia board with company name and booth number (not logo) / Carpet / Power outlet (1,000 watts) / 1 table / 2 chairs.
